Enchanted Coffers Bugged and Need Update

The Enchanted Coffers from the Leadership profession is still bugged and the tool tip is in bad need of an update.
The 2x Peridot drop still only drops 3 peridots during the 2x Refining Stone event instead of 4. If memory serves me this has been broken for a long time.
As for the tool tip it says that the coffer has Lesser Marks but it doesn't. The "Mark of Potency" is not Moderate Mark of Potency. And the Greater Mark of Potency needs to be added.
