[PC] TR Pilgrim Artifact Weapon

*UPDATE*

The issue for new TR opening the packs was resolved on Thursday but due to some concerns with the delivery method of the rare quality weapon, we were not able to send them out to impacted players last week. We are hoping to get them out this week and they will be manually deposited directly into the character's inventory. We will also be providing them a Blood Ruby.

We are aware of Trickster Rogues receiving green quality Pilgrim Artifact Weapons from the Expedition Leader Pack instead of blue quality. This issue will be resolved tomorrow, March 8. Trickster Rogues who claimed these items will be awarded Blue quality ones (in addition to the ones already claimed, not a substitution).

When will the blue weapons be available? I did not get them yet. The Rewards Claims vendor does not have them.

Is it just me or am I suddenly unable to upgrade my "wrongly acquired" green fleshskewer from blue to purple? Hope its not a bug, I'd like to be able to upgrade my weapons.

edit - workaround by level up only 1 level first and then you can fill the purple bar to max and upgrade normally.

So I guess you have decided to just ignore the problem and just keep our cash without giving us what we paid for.....
Real professional. I paid more for that pack then on any other game I have ever owned in the past, and you just blow us off

yes, on the 8th we were told we would get it.
Haven't heard a thing and it's almost the 11th and haven't heard a thing.
