Feytouched enchant

Was running my cw through some weeklies today when i noticed that my assalent wasn't procing. So i took my enchant out of my weapon to see if it was something with my spec, it does not seem to be. When i was done i looked through my combat log and noticed that in 4 zones it proced only once while using the feytouched and 8 times in the one zone after removing it. Anyone else notice this? I know this enchant has been an issue for the dc but hadn't realised it was for other classes. Makes me wonder how many others are affected by this.

    I think it is happening with all powers, on all classes, that have to crit for the power to trigger.

    Well lets hope they fix this soon.
