Lightfoot Thief Active bonus not working

There's nothing in the combat log showing the Lightfoot Thief's active bonus. The companion is active (not summoned) and my CW scores critical hits by the score. That's it! Simple enough to describe and to replicate.

LIghtfoot thief hit the nearby enemies of the primary target. IF you have 1 enemy in the map you will not see a proc .

bloodthirst is the lightfoot thief attack.

Ah. Thanks for that. I see it now. It's an astonishingly small amount of damage isn't it I'm getting a median damage of 20, max of 30, which sums up to about the square root of *** all. I wonder if that's a bug in itself? Oh well, looks like he's going to be retired from active service permanently.
