Where do these drop?

    Dunno about Insanity Armor, but I think the Hellfire Armor can be gotten from a random drop from the Mt. Hotenow bounty seal bag.

    Armor of Insanity was from Old Spellplague Caverns. It might drop from Chasm bounties but I've never tried.
