Guardian Fighter (IV only) feat Reinforced Surge is supposed to "Frontline Surge now leaves targets Prone for an additional .1/.2/.3/.4/.5 second, and deals 1/2/3/4/5% more damage."
But instead does nothing, the damage of FS is unchaged - not only r4 power problem, doesnt work on other ranks as well, aslo neither of the feat ranks doesnt work.
No idea about the increase in stun duration.
