We currently have 1 sword position and a few gauntlets open. I do not require any of my guilds to do anything to join or remain in the alliance. We do run dragonflights quite often, we have several groups always looking for Tong/fbi/msva /mspc. I keep a pretty mature alliance we keep the drama as low as possible.
