House of the Crocodile 2nd Chamber sealed off

First, please know that I read the above post about bugs and getting them reoccur. I'm posting this because I am still having this issue after I've used some known ways to clear some issues.
I entered the House of the Crocodile and made my way to the first chamber. While encountering the mobs in chamber one, I clearly see the usual paths that lead to chamber number sealed off. There was a Yuanti mob behind the wall that I wasn't able to target. After getting him to appear in chamber NUMBER ONE, I defeated the mob but was still unable to proceed. I used the "Defeat Me" option and followed the same steps.
I made my way to chamber number one and immediately noticed that chamber two was still sealed.
Next, I zoned out of The House. After entering, the mobs had changed from the Yuanti to Batiri. I cleared chamber 1, but this time there was a dino-mounted goblin hidden behind the wall.
I still can't get this to clear. I zoned out of the HotC, logged off, and 'Quit' Neverwinter to fully close out of the game. When I logged back in, the same problem occurred. I did this step twice to insure that I actually did select "Quit".
Finally, I logged out, Quit Neverwinter, then restarted my console. The issue persists. Need a bit of aid and assistance on this one.

UPDATE: Not sure what finally fixed it, but after I logged off for 2.5 hours then went back in, it was working as usual. If this happens to anyone else, I really hope the steps I posted above helps.

House of crocodile has a few places where mobs could get stuck behind some walls or obstacles. Defeating yourself would usually help with that, or you could try exiting the dungeon (through the door or traveling post) and re-entering it again to reset the mobs.

I did those. As well as shut down. Usual Defeat Self has fixed many issues that I've encountered, but it wasn't successful for this one. Thanks for the response.

It happened to me once when I pulled the initial mob from the room and killed them in the corridor, the second mob were stuck inside the hidden area.

I left and came back, this time entered the room properly to fight them and had no problems so I'm thinking that may be the cause?

Apart from a surprising trick of RNG causing the reappearance of the same issue (stuck enemy) I can think of a couple other explanations:
    1) Maybe there is something about your fighting style that is very successful in triggering that stuck enemy issue. Maybe you use certain powers that throw enemies through the walls or make them drop down through the terrain. Maybe you kite or dodge into particular areas of HoC.
    2) Maybe there was problem with the server you dungeon instance was using. There have been issues in the past, for example, with people not able to leave certain instances of Caer-Konig due to server(s) being very busy and not sending travel post data back to the client. Logging in and out generally didn't help. These got resolved in a few hours or so.

I also usually encounter a "stuck" mob in House of the Crocodile's first chamber each week when I solo; it almost always fixes itself after I choose "Defeat Me" though.

Good ideas. But I don't use knockback encounter powers. They really annoy me. The corridor seems to be sealed off before I get there. Armadeonx might be on to something as well. I like to bottleneck the mobs. I'm pretty sure I killed some in the corrider leading into chamber 1. Not sure how hat would cause the chamber 2 block, but that tactic is mine.
