Trickster Rogue's Courage Break

I have a question on the Trickster Rogue's Courage Break daily power. How can it reduce the target's damage by 120%? Does the target start healing me?

The base power lowers their attack damage by 30% and then each point after that reduces it another 30%. And 30% times 4 is 120%.

    You're better off posting in the TR section but my guess is that the 2nd, 3rd & 4th are 30% of the initial reduction.

    This would mean it'd be 30%, then a total of 90% of that 30% so it'd be a total 57% reduction.

    Courage Breaker formula is 100-100/(1+0.3*SkillRank). In other words:

    Rank 1: 100-100/(1+0.3) = 23.07692% debuff
    Rank 2: 100-100/(1+0.3*2) = 37.5% debuff
    Rank 3: 100-100/(1+0.3*3) = 47.36842% debuff
    Rank 4: 100-100/(1+0.3*4) = 54.54545% debuff

    Then they need to explain this better in the powers. Just saying.
