Profession Asset Bug
Simply put the profession asset inventory is bugged. How and why will be stated if you can please continue reading. Profession inventory is most likely encountering this same bug.
Example: Say the inventory for profession asset has 3 items until full. If I open 5 quartermaster profession boxes and they contain more than 3 profession assets ((green, blue , or epic) tool or profession personal) the extra goes in the overflow bag. Once a professional asset is put in the main inventory overflow bag it can not be claimed. The only way to pick up items and mainly remove overflow items to pick up any item in the game is to delete any and all profession assets in your overflow.
I have tried troubleshooting this problem. All possible solutions put me more in the hole. First I tried to auction house until sold. Next I deliberately deleted profession assets to make space. I've tried combining both efforts to ultimately claim my overflow items. There is 0% chance of claiming any profession asset item in the overflow bag that I've heard of.
This is very much a problem as my original ticket derived from an enchanted chest key I paid for and the items I should have received where not honored. I hope this is perceived as a huge problem as I see it. As I've mentioned in the ticket this is a day one problem that's been overlooked far too long. It would be inconceivable that I would be the only one with this problem. I don't wish to sound too legal with this problem but, I did pay for an item and was given nothing for what I spent money towards. This is multiple times through my experience this has happened. Knowingly or unknowingly laws have been broken. At the moment this is very mildly put a breach of your terms of service.
