Artifact Upgrade Bar Idea

Basically my idea is to put a purple bar across the top of the artifact that would indicate its rank and how close it is before ready to upgrade. Kind of like the bottom bar is for how close it is inside the current rank but for how close it is till the next upgrade without having to open up the refining screen.
