Spellburst Quest Still Not Completing.

I've had this problem for months on the XBOX One, and now it's still here on the PS4. I've just run the dungeon(s) three times, logging out afterwards to see if it would reset, but every time I get to the end Linkletter won't trigger his dialogue and stands there at the exit gate. The quest won't finish, the reward chest won't illuminate, and I can leave but I have to start the whole thing over again. As this is a long quest where you fight through streets and then a dungeon, I'm so tired of doing this over and over not knowing if it will complete this time. I can't continue the storyline or get the Campaign completion until I get through this.

I had this happen to me way back when. I know it's extremely annoying and dumb, but the only way i was able to solve this problem was to abandon the quest and complete it on a separate character. Then i was able to complete it on my first character afterwards. Idk if this is the best solution, but it's the only one I found after no response from pwe.
