Companions Missing from Collections

I submitted a ticket about this and was told to report it here; I believe it's a common issue but I'll report it just in case there's anything that can be done. Many companions that I've gotten in the past either don't appear in the Collections menus or are there but don't unlock for me. The following appear there but won't unlock: Jagged Dancing Blade, Portal Hound, Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow, Priestess of Sune, Red Dragon Ioun Stone, Skeletal Dog, Vicious Dire Wolf & War Dog. I purchased the Jagged Dancing Blade from the auction house so I figure it could just be the new unbound, non-Trade of Blades version that's has issues. And the following I have but fail to appear in Collections at all: Archmage's Apprentice, Black Dragon Ioun Stone, Book Imp, Damaran Shepherd, Faithful Initiate, Fey Panther, Gelatinous Cube, Harper Bard, Mercenary, Mystagogue, Quickling, Rebel Mercenary, Red Slaad, Renegade Illusionist, Silver-Scaled Cleric Disciple, Simril's Holiday Helper, Storm Rider, Volcanic Galeb Duhr, Werewolf, Will-O'-Wisp, Winter Wolf & Zhentarim Warlock. Many of these were recently released on Xbox One with the Sea of Moving Ice expansion so I understand if there are random issues with those but a few are as old as they come on the Xbox version of Neverwinter so I don't know why they wouldn't be popping. Priestess of Sune never appeared in the collections for me either. I think I had another that also didn't show up but can't recall which one.

I just got a bound-to-account, uncommon (green) rarity Jagged Dancing Blade from Throne of the Dwarven Gods and it unlocked for me in Collections. So maybe the problem with that one resides in the unbound versions?
