where is quest in Bryn after Sea of Moving Ice

After begin adventure in Sea of moving ice I can't begin quest in Bryn and Looneywood - there is a info - obtain or complete Defending Dale but I dont see this quest anywhere....

    Same place it was before, it didn't change. If you hadn't started SKT before starting SoMI, that is a different issue. Try starting with Sgt Knox.

    Isn't the cental figure handing out a defending the dale quest now. It might be that you're only allowed one defending quest.

    Yes, they are. The central figure in any of the 3 zones is still giving out. They only time they don't, is if you currently have defending the dale active. You cannot have it more than once or do more than once a day.
