Expired Items stuck In Auction

so um did the devs get mad and decide to keep my stuff i have 2 pages of items i would LOVE to get back but cannot.. It all says EXPIRED ON IT!!! so now i have to REMOVE post before the timer Rips me off and keeps my items..

TY for a great Update made this problem worse than what it already was.. Great Job.

I have the same problem, expired items stuck in auction with 2 of my characters and do not show up in mail boxes in game.
Hoping the Devs get this fixed soon, I have expensive made items in there.

I have the same issue, I have an item stuck on expired and cant get it back I did a restart neverwinter and still nothing. Devs need to to fix this. I have pics if they need proof.

It's annoying but you will get them back on weekly reset... This hopefully will get fixed soon

Hopefully.. And if this is a method to Detour Scammers aka Gold Seller's Just tell me.. I'll be happy to sit a week waiting for my stuff if that will kick their *(@#*'s out the door.. if not Fix it..

Mine is doing the same. My trade house is full cause I try to sell there first and then bebop over to the coin sales of it doesn't sell. I wasn't going to comment since I saw the problem already addressed but I have to ask (cause I'm a noob lol) what are "gold sellers" ? I thought you could trade AD for gold or is that something I should watch for? I'm a poor girl and I don't want to get ripped off

Happens to me also on my ps4 version! Is there a solution in place ! This is not acceptable

Having the same issue however some items return and others don't. There seems to be no logic to the ones getting stuck.

Take auctions down before maintenance. Silly to have to do this...

You can't if someone has bid on them. Mine that were stuck before maintenance are still stuck this time.

Mine have unlocked; I was able to reclaim my expired sales loot.

Hope the same rings true for you guys.

I think it coincides with maintenance; I did the update & was good to go.

At that point all the auction items that had expired without selling & that had been returned to me & were pinned to mail but unclaimable & listed in red font, lost their red overlay & were able to be reclaimed

Got My stuff Back was happy to see my items waiting for me in the mail..

Make sure if you post an item for sale today (Sunday) that you post it for a short cycle (1 day) or else you may get it "shelved" again when the regular Tuesday maintenance hits

Same thing with bids...either do a straight buy out & claim it or make sure whatever thing you are bidding on has on its timer that its sale expire before Tuesday or there's a chance the glitch will trigger.

I dunno though, maybe they fixed it this time & there is no need for alarm....not that it's alarming because I think even when it does trigger, the following week when maintenance happens again it resets/unlocks it for you.

I'm not exactly worried about it, still though dont think I'll chance it, lol least not on purpose. I did post one long sales window (5 days) on accident just awhile ago. Just some seals though & they usually sell fast & early by buy-out for me.
