[PC] Combatant's maneuver: is it working or not?

I read here a couple of times it is broken but also found one patch note claiming it is fixed. Still, I cannot see any text on screen, any icon at my buff line or at foe's debuff line indicating this insignia bonus is really working. Could you please confirm if it is working and how can I check its effect?

It isn't working.

The (Easiest) way to check is on TR, with the Crystal Daggers, they have a fixed damage range. On CW it is a little bit harder.

The basic idea is get the average CA damage without the bonus on control effects, then get the average CA damage on control effects with the bonus. This takes time, there is no way around it.

They had it working, but 10.5 returned it to not working for any power (on any class). I've already alerted Terramak on the Preview forums so hoping they get this re-added to their bug list.

Once it is working, it will probably return to the current list of CW powers that activate it (again, I question the logic behind this, devs said they were reviewing...)

There is no text on the screen that pops when this activates, but you'll see the standard Mount Insignia icon pop into your buff bar - it's near the beginning as they go in Alphabetical order.
