War Dog Bind on Pickup

Just received my War Dog from the package you get off the store.
It says BoP, but I see one on the AH which is exactly the same but is BoE. Is there a way to sell these companions?
Or is that one from a different sources?

I just had a look at the PS4 AH and I do believe that one War Dog there is left over from when the first time buyer's pack was bugged on the PS4 and the War Dog wasn't binding correctly. The pack has since been fixed and reactivated. There were other issues too, like it not granting the character slot it said it did, all of which have been resolved for some time now. There are no other means, at the time of this post, to gain the War Dog.
