Pillar of Power (Scourge Warlock) does not match the description

in Bug Reports (PC)
According to the description of the Pillar of Power damage in it to the enemy. At 100% critical chance, damage from Pillar of Power is not critical that do not match the description of the skill. Please bring this skill in line with the description as is done with Tyrannical Curse.

    Pillar of Power is required to cause critical damage in accordance with the description of the skill.
