Keybinds Broken

Keybind reassignments are currently broken in Neverwinter. (It's worth mentioning that it was broken in the exact same way recently in Star Trek Online as well but resolved as of July 28th).
The issue has two major factors:
1. If you try to clear a keybind (say "Professions"), it will not work and remain "N".
2. If you change a keybind (again, I'll use "Professions" as an example) from "N" to "F6". Pressing either "N" and "F6" will bring up Professions.
If the key does not have a default assignment, this bug does not occur.
