can't log in

I have a spinning circle on the top right hand side the log in page, they one that show the Home, games, social, arc news, and charge, with the tiny 9 little blocks on the left side.

    You could try launching the game directly, without going through Arc.

    Find wherever you've installed Neverwinter on your drive and just run Neverwinter.exe, you'll know if it's the right directory as there will only be two exe's there... the Neverwinter.exe and one called CrypticError.exe

    Actually, you could probably just search your system for either exe to find the directory if you don't know where it is! :)

    This way you can bypass any network issues Arc may be having and also you can run the game without Arc taking up any extra resources, which can be nice for people on older systems!
