Unable to log in

Very much enjoy the game, but since the recent maintenance I have not been able to play. I'm in Protector's Enclave, so I don't believe it to be a location issue.
Anyone else having this issue?

this same thing happening to me. I enter the game and no load. three days ago I can not play . please help.

I am having the same issue everything day. I am based in Australia and I play with other Australians on PS4 I have the best connection speed (100Mbs down and 1.5Mbs up) out of my group all the others are sitting around the 5Mbs, yet I am the one that gets booted, loses connection to the server cant log in to the game or cant log in to the character selection screen. Lately all of this has been happening while in Protectors Enclave. Every morning when I get to work I contact Arc Gaming Support live chat and they do whatever it is they do and tell me to avoid some places that are affecting me and stay around Protectors Enclave. It is only a band-aid solution but it gets me by for a few hours of play time. The assure me they are working on the problem but at this stage we just have to be patient I guess.

Can be very frustrating when you put REAL money into the game and being the only one in your group of friends having issues with the game. I keep giving them their chance to fix it as I believe it is a great game and worth waiting for a few months to see how they go. I have only ever had issue when play these free games that are MMO like Warframe and DC Universe.

Do you get any error messages or is your screen on constant never ending loading loop?

Was playing earlier, and got a "disconnected from server" message. Since then, I have been unable to progress past the main menu. The "Play" option is not greyed out or anything, but pressing it either does nothing, or I eventually get a "Timed Out from Server" message.

I've been getting a message saying my account has been temporarily suspended! This is on going for a week now

I can't login. I press "x" to enter the world and... nothing happens. Just loading screen. Not working sice thursday.

You can "solve" the problem with the frozen loading screen by loading another character first and than switching to the character you wanted to play. It seems to increase the chances to "fix" the freeze, if I play a couple of minutes with the other char before I switch back to the "initial" char...
