Lesser Bonding Runestone

Just a quick question about Bonding Runestones. Is the Zen store the only way to obtain Bonding Runestones? Do lockboxes also have them, or random drops from dungeon mobs?

    Companions come with a Lesser Bonding Runestone, however, the Companion upgrade packs that come from lockboxes have a chance to drop a normal Bonding Runestone. They do not drop from monsters.
