Volley Tickets bug?

I dont know why but for some odd reason one of my characters cant pick up the silver tickets from the volley balls. its keep saying my inventory is full, though its not. Does anyone else have the same problem or know whats causing it?

    You will also get the inv full message if there are any items in your overflow.

    my overflow bag wasnt full and I could pick up any item, just not the blue tickets.

    Hmm not come across this or heard about it within my guild, maybe a cap on how many you can carry possibly?
    Guild : Straight Outta Neverwinter
    Main : Thorak (GWF) 4,1k
    Alts : Eractic (HR) 2,8k
    Ragner (CW) 2,7k
    Rico (DC) 2,6k
    Leo (TR) 2,4k
    Maus (GF) 2,7k
    Lucifer (Sw) 2,4k
    9 other scrub lvl 70s(mainly AD farmers and banks)

    How about the currency tab? Does it seem full?

    I dont have any yet on this character and cant pick up even one. My GWF is my only character with this problem
