Vauilt of piety binding arrow

With all my characters vault of piety will not allow me to buy potions with ardent coins or celestial coins randomly. One time I can the next time I can't. I have the coins I am not allowed to invoke and I still can't buy potions. On shaye my ranger binding arrow will not apply grasping roots.

Usually when you cannot make a purchase it is because your inventory is full or you have items in the overflow slots.

As for your other problem, need much more info. See the post at top of forum on proper posting of bug reports.
