Can log on all my alts but cannot log on main.

For the past 3 hours i havent been able to log on my main. Goes to the loading screen of emclave and on top it says server not responding and it times out. I logged in my 4 other alts and they all log in fine. I have powercycled my xbox1 and hard reset my modem twice. Same thing. Been 3 hours but my main seems to be "stuck" and my alts log in and dunction properly. I opened a ticket aswell no response yet. Can someone pls help me out? Has it ever hapened to u guys? What was ur fix for it? Thanks.
