Fey Blessings

I currently have 3 Fey blessings in my utility slots so as to increase the chances of Rank 5 drops. I read that the fey blessings have a 30 second cool down period. If I get a drop does the 30 second cool down apply all three fey blessings? If that's the case would it be better to have only one fey blessing and the other 2 utility slots have tymora and draconian hoard gems so I get the chance of other kinds of drops? Thank you.

afaik it is to all but the low % makes you need them all so you can hit the 30sec cd more often. they also probably have a max drop per day limit per character.
