Everything is screwed up. You can't enjoy anything. You want to run one of those new old dungeons you never got to play before? Well, deal with the fact that there are AFK'ers, a busted queue system (how the hell did you make it WORSE?!), and anyone who joins an in-progress run starts at the very beginning, and some of the bosses have had bugs introduced to their attacks (like Valindra). Because what's more enjoyable than content you can't access followed by content you can't complete without sitting on your HAMSTER for 10 minutes waiting for people to go from the start to the boss room, followed by an easy boss fight turned impossible because nobody can see the attacks or do anything about them? Stabbing yourself with a rusty knife, perhaps?

I have no way to earn rAD other than weekly quests and constantly grinding demonic HE's.

How in samhain did you mess up this much stuff? The bug list is longer than the patch notes.

I can't even play the game right now. It's just frustrating. It's like you grabbed the platonic ideal of "unplayable game" and brought it into reality. I've got an old Atari stored away. Maybe I'll got play ET, instead.

I sincerely hope what you're patching tomorrow fixes this.

    There are problems with new releases of ALL products.

    Yes the queue has some problems right now but it will get fixed

    All in all this is a great Mod

    As far as AD what is the issue with the HE and Skirms... AD is AD

    And don't forget the weekly Bonus quest and the ability to earn 4K under the Underdark refinement thing

    I have more Raw AD than ever... and they raised the refinement limit

    They will fix the bugs

    There are a lot more issues with this mod than Mod 8. Mod 8, as I recall, was mostly just griping about how broken some of the new rings were in PvP. Mod 9 has broken fundamental parts of the game.

    And the weekly quests are only weekly. It's not even a day's worth of refinement. And the underdark task is a woefully inefficient use of ichor. There are better ways to earn AD with it. The task just puts a floor on the ichor->AD conversion rate. As far as I'm concerned, if you have a glut of raw AD then you have not created enough characters, or have a character from days when buggy exploits could earn you mountains of raw AD that you've yet to exhaust. Excess rAD sources should be spread across other characters so they can refine it. The goal is to get lots of AD, not lots of rAD, after all.

    I am hopeful that this mod includes a more meaningful amount of actual Underdark content, as the mod that bore its name was embarrassingly bare of it. The little map we can see in the first few quests of the campaign is promising.

    And I am hopeful that patches will be quick and effective. The ongoing one suggests that some fixes for the queue system are included, so here's hoping some more that those resolve a lot of the problems people have experienced with the queue system. But there are lots and lots of problems beyond that that make fundamental, everyday tasks buggier, more painful, and just generally less worthwhile. How long will we have to wait before people spawn at the appropriate respawn point in dungeons, instead of at the beginning? How long until Valindra's phantom claw is visible? How long until legendary mounts being made bind-on-pickup gets fixed (this one doesn't affect me, but boy would I be miffed if it did)? How long until new parties stop spawning into dungeons that were already completed by another party? How long until queuing for Epic Demogorgon is fixed? Etc. etc. etc...

    but

    These Devs are doing what we ask... but they did introduce problems that they will fix.

    This mod did a lot more than Mod 8... and there were some very positive changes

    When things get fixed and I believe the problems will get fixed, players will look back and say it was worth the growing pains

    I chose to believe my glass is mostly full

    Cryptic's history does not lend itself well to the idea that bug fixes will be quick and timely. There are bugs that have been around since the game's inception, and certainly bugs from Mod 8 are still around--in (e)CC the adventuring party can respawn many, many times, and the door after the first boss can still fail to become usable, even though there was a patch that specifically claimed to fix both of these issues!

    Well, i hope you're joking...

    First = They bring one epic dungeon back, so far so good, but after tried it twice, i don't think i will ever return in it, why ? Because it's awful, terrible, we got half of the dungeon back, they destroyed the Castle Never spirit, and made another dungeon you can finish ONLY with perma bubble from Pally.
    Then they put old dungeons like Karrundax, FH and others back, but they bring only the normal versions ? What's the point ? We ask for dungeons so we can have more challenge and different epics to farm ( stronghold quest for instance ), as most of people asking for dungeons are lvl 70... Nonsense.
    Second = We ask for fix bugs and crashes and an easier queue interface, what do they do ? Make it worse, now we got client crash in a middle of a dom match, penalties for no reason, geet kicked from queue after pressing the "ACCEPT" button, and still loads of lags and disconnect.
    So BIG NO, nothing is better, everything is worse.
