Guild gone missing

GM suggested posting here, as I had already tried live chat and posting a ticket with zero help. I was away from the game for a few months, came back and found my guild was gone. When I say "my" i mean i was the founder and guild leader, btw. On the char. selection page it would show the guild name below the char., until i entered the game with a char. hen I would be told I was not in a guild, and going back to the selection screen the guild name no longer showed up under the char.
Guild name is/was " Hell's Belles ", at the time i left for a while we had over 100 members and a guild bank with some fairly good items in it.
Doing an in-game search for the guild does not find anything - is there any way to find out what happened? ie: was it deleted somehow? did an update accidentally purge it? etc - things that I, as a player would not be able to find out.
If any game devs (or mods) can find an actual answer, I would really appreciate it. thank you, kevinc1
