For everyone's information, when i reached level 60 I stopped playing, now when i returned i'm totally confused and no idea what to do. Hope anyone could help and guide me on the following:

Before we start, please note that i love PVE content and hunting the best gear. That's it, dont want to go to PVP most of the time.

Info:
class: GWF - Human
1. Level 60 (Dont know where to go to level fast till 70)
Hope anyone could provide a quest guide or daily routine on what to do.

2. Set: Complete Vigilant Warlord (Dont know if my currently Stats/Skills/and etc is optimized for my set)
(Would like to know whats the strongest or best set for my class)

3. Build: Destroyer (Dont know if this build is optimized for my Set)
Note: I have been away for quite a long time. When i checked the respec button, I am allowed to respec (feats and etc... everything!) my character twice (but waiting for advice)

4. Boons: NONE (confused whats this and how to achieve)
5. Quest: NONE (confused where to go)
6. Current Map: Protectors Enclave
7. Profession: Leadership level 8
8. Gold: 65 Million
9. Astral Diamonds: 650,000
10. how can i sell my complete set Bladestorm and Impossing scrapper. its bound.

1 - to level you should go talk to the Archdruid standing beside the big tree in the center of Protector's Enclave. Do what he tells you to do and just follow along all the way to 70. If you run out of quests to do before lv 70 in Spinward Rise then either kill the Cloud Giants in spinward (around lv 67) or go back to drowned shore and do those quests again until you hit lv 70. On the quests you do, try to take the quests that say kill XX number of foes, or kill XX target, those are the easiest quests. The quests that tell you to go do a specific mini dungeon tend to be much harder (i find this was only relevant in Spinward rise though). You might have no idea what i am talking about right now, but as you talk to the druid and follow along it will become clear.

2 - your lv 60 gear is outdated now, it will get you through the first set of quests in the Drowned Shore but after that you will want to start picking up the green and blue gear that drops and start using that stuff. Take items that have HP on them (which is the helm/armor/hands/feet), after that you want to prioritize Armor pen, then crit and power and lifesteal. the lifesteal may not help a whole lot but it is better then nothing, as a destroyer GWF your unstoppable will help reduce the need you have for healing.

3 - Here is the build I think you would be best off following. The fact that you are Human is just fine so don't worry about it. Whatever your attributes are (STR/DEX etc put all your points into DEX and STR when you respec). Read the guide and use the feats and powers described in the guide on the first page.

4 - Boons are extra stats granted to you as you progress through the various end game campaigns (so lv 70 content). When you reach lv 70 go talk to Sargent Knox in PE and he will direct you to the various relevant people to start the campaigns.

i'm not sure if you accidentally switched your gold and AD numbers around because having 65 million gold is an obscene amount, and unfortunately will do you very little good. However, you might be able to trade the gold for items, people are weird and might be interested in that much gold.

Save your AD until you are lv 70. When you hit lv 70 buy a green lostmauth hoard necklace and a green golden belt of puissance from the AH, they shouldn't cost too much. The guide i linked tells you to use the full lostmauth set but i don't know that you can afford the whole thing yet. I don't know what enchants you have but (Azure Enchantment, rank 7) for your offense slots cost about 10-14k in the AH right now each, those you can pick up right when you start leveling if you don't have anything better. For defense slots you can either take (Dark Enchantment, rank 7) for lifesteal or (Radiant Enchantment, rank 7) for extra HP, both darks and radiants have their strong points. I think you would be better off with the radiants and using a pet to heal you + potions if you need it, it has been a while since i leveled a gwf to 70 and when i did it I had a fully gear mod 5 gwf to do it with

    -edit-
You can not sell any gear that is bound. so either you can salvage it or save it. If you have an unbound High Prophet or High Vizers gear somehow you can either save it for your own DC or CW classes if you have the full set or sell the pieces
