A list of all of the Black Friday Sales has been posted on Arc:

For those not interested in reading down to the Neverwinter entry, it reads as follows:

'Sales Date Start: November 26th

Neverwinter - Starting November 26th until November 30th, receive up to 20% off select items.'

I hope the people at Cryptic have a safe haven to go and hide in if this holds true.

Change the Black Friday Sale to up to 50% of all items. Acccount Based! There you unable to affect the AD economy. Players will buying items for their own use. They will not be selling in Auction House.

This does appear to be what the sale is.

Frankly, Im not surprised.. nor will I have the angst about it as many will have.

It is what it is. IF they did have the sale, I wouldve bought some zen, now meh.

Interesting to see what the cybermonday sales will be.

I dont know for those who converted if it would be better to cash back out now, or wait for it, I dont play the zax, so I dont have a valid opionion about it either way.

The Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales are one day sales.

zax has been dropping since yesterday anyways. Peaked around 495 or so then kept dropping.

why would they have a weekly sale if they were going to give 50% off all items? that would make no sense.

So if they do have a black friday-monday sale, I can only conjecture that its select items on sale.

But who knows, this is cryptic, someone had a calender reminder to add this and they just did it anyways. Of course that can happen in any corporation.. so I wouldn't be that upset.

Now why would they have this BS during a supposed 50% off for one day sale? I don't trust Cryptic at all.

a full 50% sale is showing up in the calendar
sale is removed on the live server, but still visible on the preview server
a few official cryptic lines (be in game around that date...) on the topic in another thread
and now we get a 20% sale?

the 50% sale is in game in the calendar again, this time on "black friday" and "cyber monday", but with this 20% sale running, i'm still sceptical about the 50% sale happening.

I really dont understand this at all.
Surely they would not let the 50% off sale leak AGAIN over to live it if was not happening.
And if it *is* happening why would you make people feel super ripped off by having a 20% off sale right BEFORE you have a 50% off sale.

THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

The 20% off sale is from Wednesday to Monday. The 50% off sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are 24 hour sales, one on Friday, one on Monday.

So for those people stuck at Grandma's house without wifi over the Thanksgiving weekend, they can still buy stuff today at 20% off.

Every time there is a very limited time sale, we get posts from people who are locked in nuclear bunkers only for the time frame of the sale; now that there are 3 different sales that should allow most people to participate in at least one.

I just feel bad for people not in a nuclear bunker for the 24 hours sales that dont pay attention to forums/calendar and are going to potentially have a lot of buyer's remorse... Ah well, it doesn't have to make sense. Just give me mah sales!

In the in game calendar (I checked last night), it has a 24 hours Black Friday sales. It does not state what exactly it is. I did not notice there is a Cyber Monday sale in the in game calendar.

It does state exactly what it is, 50% off everything. Or at least that's what it said when I checked it, unless they have messed with it yet again.

I was going to spend "Real Money", not AD converted fake money, on some items in a 50% off sale.
Now I am not.

Cryptic has missed out on revenue. Plan and simple.

Cryptic you have a official channel to players - the ingame calendar
Your official channel announced a -50% off all items sale
Same source removed that announcement
Same source again YOUR OFFICIAL way to communicate to your customers now tells -50% again
yet there is only a announcement about -20% right now...... So instead of "other things MAY come" why not confirm or deny YOUR OFFICIAL source ?

Yeh, I am confused about this 20% sale on things. I am expecting 50% off EVERYTHING in zen market on Black Friday 10am.

Here is what it says in the calendar: "Nov 27, 2015, 10AM - 50% off all items in the zen market! 50% off every item on the zen market for 1 day only."

I think we are ok on this.....shopping list is in effect....

Standard Cryptic strategy:

1. Cut and paste the HAMSTER from years ago.
   
2. Don't even bother to think about: how half of it is horribly out of date; based on mechanics that are no longer present or have changed; just plain wrong even when they were new.

I have closed this due to all the rumor and flame bait in this thread. Please, if you think there may be a sale on Black Friday, I urge you to wait until then and see for sure. If you are afraid you won't be able to get on the game, the Zen store is on the Gateway. Just be patient.
