Tenacity still relevant?

Is Tenacity still relevant for pvp? If so what is the new soft cap ?

This says its for mod 5 .. Aren't we on mod 6 now

First part that says FOR PC ONLY, would now apply to us since we got the PC Mod 6. So the entire article is relevant to us CURRENTLY

I don't think any of the info on soft caps has been updated for mod 6 (I think Kaelac stopped playing). For example, the article mentions 800 tenacity as a soft cap, but that seems way out of whack with the tenacity amount on the level 70 pvp armor. Also, most stats scale linearly now, i.e. no diminishing returns.

Anyway, if you don't have tenacity in pvp, you will be crushed by a player who does. You get enough by wearing four pieces of the level 70 pvp armor (Burning, ideally). No need to also wear any of the accessories with tenacity.

Soft cap was 2k that will go up with Stronghold's Mod 7, to 2.5.

Depends on your build, I never ran with much tenacity and in mod 5 I had matches like 35-0. 44-6. My last match yesterday was 11-3 with virtually none. Though I'm not a GWF going head to head with everyone. I'm cloak and dagger.

But yes, Tenacity is very efficient this mod.

Yep I have nearly 2k and very hard to kill as a DC - usually takes 3 of em to do it efficiently unless its a decent HR/TR combo. (Roots/stun plus smoke bomb - can't move, fight or anything)

There are no soft cap on any stat as of X Box Mod 6.
