"Personal Shield" HP bar not displaying for CW Shield

Checked my control wizard with shield on Tab and in Q/E/R and I see no blue over my hp bar. I had a friend check and also said he didn't see anything on my HP bar on examination.

I'm not sure but I thought the patch notes said that "Personal Shields" would have a blue bar over your red bar, similar to how temporary HP puts a yellow bar over your red bar.

Is this just me, or is anyone else not seeing blue on shield?

    Just because it says "shield" doesn't make it a "Personal Shield", so this is quite possibly WAI. (Unless Shield was on the update notes as a Personal Shield, which I don't recall offhand.)

    The "personal shield" thing refers to a layer of expendable HP over top of your regular and temporary hit points. The CW spell is more of a sliding bubble of increasing damage resistance, depending upon the bubble's strength.
