That seemed to work around the problem perfectly thanks. Clearly ESD is a deadzone and doesn't lock in traits properly. Badlands was just the right place.

Does this mean you guys have finally fixed the Azure Nebula: rescue ships not respawning bug? I mean it's been broken for a long, long time and you haven't fixed it, I hope you have otherwise I foresee tons and tons of angry threads!

I dunno why they don't unlock the extra refining automatically when you are a lifetime sub and in a fleet with the perk instead of the long TRIBBLE way it's been done having a guy to visit both times. Surely having an unlock rather than 2 NPC's in the game would be less programming and thus less weight on the game engine.
