It was cool until you did it once and got popped like a soap-bubble 10+ times. Then it wasn't. Also why I hate the two missions in the Romulan story that force you into shuttles. Thank goodness for the "Skip" button. All that aside, doing a standard difficulty TF in a freighter geared out with UR mk XIII+ gear is doable.…
Definitely worked just fine on my "Romulan Alien" character. Did you "complete or skip" the tutorial? edit 1: Interestingly, the character did not get the captain space abilities Brace For Impact, Ramming Speed, Reposition Mines or Threatening Stance. Haven't yet checked for any of the level-gated captain ground abilities,…
Naming Mudd's Market after one of the canonically most noxious (if amusing) crooks in the Trek universe is at least accurate. My take on the pricing of ANY account-wide T6 ship, whether its in a bundle, a lockbox, or any other source: it's worth 3000 zen. Period. I don't care how rare it is, or whether or not it's somehow…
It's also not difficult to spot the real issue in TFOs: the players who try to do as little as possible and still get the reward. We don't need something like this to muddy an already obvious issue.
For at least one of these (in a mine infested with Tal Shiar agents), you have to tell the BOff to run just PAST the desired location to get them to actually stop ON the 'pressure plate' you need them to activate.
No. This has been broken for so long that I don't even bother attempting it, anymore. I just press on and start getting DOffs from the Academy contacts' normal recruitment options. "Non-game-breaking" is pretty much synonymous with "don't hold your breath", around here. There's a reason I don't bother recommending this…
After putting up with "Computer, freeze program." for the umpteenth time, I was pretty much done with Binary Stars forever. Can you at least put all the droning exposition at the beginning, and cut that nonsense out?
Considering how many indisputable bugs have been around and/or recurred for years in this game, it's pretty hard to tell the difference. In any case, if someone so empowered wants to move this to "Feedback", they're welcome to. I've certainly never found anything as brave as a "Suggestions" forum, and I've looked, more…
Same. Couldn't complete any of the "Craft 3 Doo-dads" missions there because of this, today. Can open the "crafting" dialog window (that more closely resembles the event item exchanges), had plenty of mats. Select desired item, click accept/yes/whatever. Window closes with nothing produced and nothing consumed.
Everyone can have their own opinion about what an LTS for any game is worth. I'm not going to pay $200 on "sale" for a 10+ year old game. I may question someone else's decision to do so, but I've seen people spend far more money on far more ridiculous things.
Which strikes me as an odd decision, since it would have a beneficial effect on local rendering by visually reducing some rainbow boats to single energy types. But I've stopped expecting any real critical thought from the dev team.
