Foundry missions are cool and all,but when Star trek reaches its end of life no one would stick around for the foundry, nor would Cryptic even operate the game after they squeeze the last dime outta the last player.....Just the way it is.

Only like 5 hours downtime on new years eve. Cryptic is really a joke. A really unfunny joke. Yes I see with today's announcment of the patch tomorrow takes care most of the big bugs that have been out now for 2 weeks, so I'll be happy come tomorrow. Or I should be anyways. Good job Cryptic. When I heard sometime this month, I assumed it would be later rather than sooner, so good job getting this out.

I don't know what you're getting at with your first statement. While you are correct, it does tells you right underneath the % patched the amount received for each patch. Today's was right about 100 mb's downloaded, 135 mb's patched. It's been basically the same all week....but anyways here is my take on the server…

The answer is No. Plain and simple. Maybe if they sold it to a real game company with people who knew what they were doing I would say yes, but since that isn't going to happen, my answer stands at no. Maybe I'll try it again in a few weeks, but this isn't the only f2p game around.

STO has more problems, at least in terms of downtime and server stability problems, than any mmorpg out there run by a professional game company.
