Azure is actually worse than before. Only 2 specific asteroids spawned ships, very slowly, and mostly level 1 ships. Optionals absolutely impossible, even when dispatching them quickly. It looks beautiful, but more useless than ever.
Played up to the big fight at the time crystal room. Defeated everyone, then nothing. It still said defeat the forces, but I had. Nothing like wasting 25 minutes on a horrible censored-TV-show-name story with horrible censored-TV-show-name characters, just to add insult to injury with a mission blocking bug. I'll try the…
I just won a ship yesterday(first time in many years). Picked the Atlas prototype. Had my eyes on that retro beauty for a while. No universal, but at least is has 4 tacs. I can work with that.
> @rattler2 said: > (Quote) > > I've already got a pyro, so I'll be getting that module for her. Nice. Seriously though, sometimes my characters feel more like X-men than officers.
For the people throwing a fit over a uniform, at least it's not never ending horrible Discovery content. I'd rather have your problem. Anyway, love the red cap! Definitely gonna pick that up. The band shirts are pretty cool too. As for the kit modules, looks like I can add something to my electrical character, and maybe…
The night time option would be nice. Also some underwater activities would be fun. I don't expect any of this, though, of course. Since they can't even get a day/night cycle going there, I'm getting my tropical kicks from playing Raft this summer. I just go to Risa for the daily event, then bolt.
I liked the game play of Khitomer Discord, but really, J'Ula helps your character up and clutches her pearls at Aakar's violence? Seen this template before in many episodes: male and female comrades, guy gets way too evil, lady chastises typically over the top male blood lust. Just sayin'...it's a regular thing in STO.…
I knew after the Lobi giveaways they’d let people spend it, then have a sale later. Glad I waited. I’d rather pay for ships with EC though. I’ll probably get the Borg armor.
"Obisek, don't do it! You're better than that!" "Well, if you say s..." "ZAP!" Yup. That's Star Trek for ya. Bad points: -Discovery just won't seem to go the TRIBBLE away. Burnham is such a drag of a character. -This Seven is a smart TRIBBLE. Relentlessly so. It's just too much. I prefer the STO Seven. I don't know if they…
> @smokebailey said: > (Quote) > > And it's far better than the pizza cutter we did get. >_>; Absolutely! Anyway, I’m usually super critical of Cryptic designs, but I gotta say, I like a lot of this. A couple of saucer options in the ship tailor would be nice though.
I already had several tech upgrades collecting dust withe the last few Phoenix events. But now, I’ll likely never use them at all. Anyway, this is great.
I already have a cold damage ground specialist, so that Breen outfit is perfect. The wood and steel style vanity shield is exactly what I’ve been hoping for too. Really happy about that. I do think the Winter Wonderland is a bit tired after so many years, but they made some very practical improvements this time.
So basically, when the original crazy prices are only listed, it would be best to pretend they’re not available and just wait for them to go on “sale.”
2000zen for the Dino With One Freakin' Outrageous Price. I was expecting 500, maybe 1000 at the most. Wow. Ferengi blush at these prices. Even knowing Cryptic...oof. Some of the other packs are not so bad, though. The ones with several items, or the items that were never available in game.
Now people are complaining about the I didn't. These would be different people. Generalizing and putting everyone into some mass "people" just shows you're not concerned with accuracy. Some like the Phoenix system. Other's apparently would rather just buy everything. But I see the way the wind is blowing. So let's get that…
The one thing I wanted, Bio-Engineered Furiadon Combat Pet, taken out of this year's Unto The Breach, now can only be bought, not even put in the Phoenix Box which are easy to get on that level. Terrific. Well, the first time something is offered to earn in-game, don't miss it. It'll cost ya. Literally.
It’s to the point where I can’t get anymore pets. I’m maxed out on slots, and the only way I can get more pets, or gear for that matter, is to delete other gear that I’d otherwise like to keep. If they’d abstain just once from fixing something that isn’t broken and give long time players a reasonable solution to storage…
