The discount I fracked up. I got 2 this morning and save the left over dilithium in the exchange. the captain I had dilithium 121289 on went add me exchange to add 161260. Checked the dilithium to find that the captain only has a 4% discount. The highest so far is 15%.

The real question is why was the Legacy defiant not an enhanced battle cloak? Romulans and the Klingons both have enhanced battle cloak birds of prey and Romulan warbird that are they legendary.
