At least science has pretty and obvious effects, you can't really miss a swarm of ships being sucked into a grav well. Now you try being an engineer. At least some people are opening and using the ships at least. One thing I don't get, seeing as everyone is capped at 1 Bil how can you go above that price if it came to that?

As a compromise I prefer the mark exchange idea. 2 marks from one particular rep would equal 1 mark of another. So if you want to grind nothing but ISA day in, day out for every rep you can do. However since it's better to just play the original content for particular marks that content won't be overshadowed.

They can tank pretty well too, and boost the damage of cruisers quite easily. When it comes to space it's not so much what career you want, it's what career abilities and traits you want. That is the only real difference between all of them.

The NX is a fun little ship. Spend most of last night playing around with it in Badlands, Red Alerts and a couple of T1 ISN runs. The game always seems to become more fun once you jump into lesser tier ships. Thanks muchly.

They tried that already with Tovan Khev. It didn't go down well. It would be nice if Boffs had more brains on the ground, so they fire more often and not get stuck on the environment. But the player needs to be the one to do the bulk of the work since that's the gameplay.

I've heard nothing but trouble from Win 10 from computer newbies and experienced users alike. It sounds quite buggy and unreliable, and seems to be a resource hog as well. I'm sticking with 8.1.

I wonder if the threat mechanics has been changed somehow as well. I've not had much trouble in Badlands gameplay, but the last ISA was a disaster. I'm sure those ships were hitting harder than normal, and for some reason every sphere was gunning for me even though I never did anything to aggro them.

Indeed. I'm not a fan of timegates but here it makes sense. The rewards are better than Doffing, without the cooldown that system would be overshadowed.
