little design needed 6 uni stations so no need to argue over who gets it.. can equip cannons and has a 12 turn rate and can use either warp core or singularity core lets do this.. 25million likes and Bran Flakes will give birth to this cruiser on a live feed :)

I finished the Accolade Extinction Event, and was informed i had a new title choice of "Iconoclast" , I have yet to find this interesting new title on my captain.

where are you schooling your people.. D'Vex IS trainable.. ROMS train on Romulus, KDF train at Qo'Nos, an starfleet train at a starfleet trainer.. once i figured that one out, after mission 1.. then they were all awesome boffs.. Tovan at times.. but he is still here for moral support..

just gave him a redo.. now he is less like a broken hugh hefner and more like a 90s disco kotaku from downtown tokyo.. same with Tovan.. redo .. made him more manly less chakotay.. he WAS redone as an old fat pervert.. lol.. but thats the fun of STO.. tweak those boffs.. make your team YOURS

yes.. its not been released yet.. but my other non romulan captains have one.. why is the mol'rihna tribble listed as available but the cstore says i am not eligble for this item on a romulan captain?

same as OP also the lead scientist as well as the CMO do not have quest update [!] over there heads or any kind of identifying marker other than the vague circle on the mini map which by default is full zoomed out an very tiny. i think this would lead new players to STO to think the NPC was missing or that they were lucky…

The same thing happened to me,., Rom Male , KDF faction, still the mission went on and cleared with my regular uniform on as the Tal Shiar on was either not loaded or not assigned to the tailor. SO Either the Tal Shiar have casual friday dress codes or there blinded by my style, :D

same here.. currently flying the Kamarang as the HE1 didnt work in the Mogai and the beam animations are red for me and green for BOFF, sometimes green for both.. and sometimes red for all. not sure whats goin on there.
