What Other Playerable Races Are Coming

Having just noticed the c-store has Klingons and Ferengi available, I think we would all be interested to know what others are in the pipeline. Will they include the other "Klingon" races ? Tellarites ? etc.

On my own behalf i'd just like too say GORNS GORNS please please please please <grovel> <grovel> - oops sorry about that.

Anyway us nerds like too know these things :o)

    caitians, i can see it now. there was demand for them so thats more $$$ to them. not to mention almost any other race lol. limits are almost endless

    Races are OK to charge us money for really, it just feels weird that they choose to withhold stuff for a game thats lacking in content.... but again, its alright.

    Just dont force us to pay for respecs !!! :mad:

    there is a cardassian forehead option for custom race sno? so you could make one that way. (Also many other official races can be made via the custom race option, the parts are all named after the race)

    I agree I don't mind the races but the time spent (regardless how little) on those two characters and all their attributes could easily have been spent on fixing bugs / adding more missions

    Im sure i read in one of the interviews that they where adding Cardassians, Romulans and Denobulans in the next 6 months. There seems to be a large Romulan and Cardassian presense so id be suprised if they dont come on sooner rather than later...

    Now the thought of being a Tholian Captain making them annoying BO's suffer because i need to have the air conditioning set at 200 degrees - BWAHAHAHAHA - :D

    I'd think that Romulans wouldn't come until they start selling a Romulan Faction Expansion Pack (Romulan-specific gameplay from levels 5 to 45 just like the Klingons) sometime late this year or early next year.

    Just as it was already with Klingons (most pointless MT ever), all Cardassian parts are already in the custom alien generator.

    Basically, look for the word "scales" (or "scaled"). I've made a few Cardassians already. We need deeper receding hairline haircuts but the Cardassian NPCs don't have great Cardassian haircuts either.

    Caitians and Telerites ...will most likely cost a few bucks.

    The Caitian crowd will most likely shell it out without a grumble
    if they are done right and have tails.

    Can't speak for the Telerite crowd.

    If you mean Cstore, I hope we can be Fed/Kling Cardassians and Romulans.
    if you mean the whole package (ships, quests etc) then I hope for Cardassians and Romulans...

    Actually, as one of the few canonical, sapient non-humanoid races, I actually would enjoy Horta as an option after about 7-9 months. Many better uses of race coder/artist time before then, though.
