version mismatch

every time i start the game i get a version mismatch?

my current version is ST.0.20100108b.23 ever this i lauch the laucher it starts to pach but doesn't seem to do anyging before giving the ok to lauch.

I haven't had this issue before and i was playing not 8 hours ago?

    Hola -

    I'm having the exact same problem. I don't see any sort of 'fixer' .exe file in the Cryptic folder either and the game isn't patching anything.


    Anyone have any ideas?

    First run the launcher as administrator and then at the launcher screen after you have to put in your credentials the first time (where the patching occurs); you will notice Options up in the TOP LEFT CORNER. Select "Force Verification" and the launcher will go through the entire game client and replace and files that aren't properly functioning.
