fix memory leak and sever lag

hi is everyone haveing the same problem as me sometimes the server get ram a cpu happy takes all the computers ram cpu and video ram and because of this the game starts to lag really bad hope i am not the only one:D

    just in case anyone ask my specs are

    Q6600 2.4ghz x4

    2gb of ocz reaper ram

    gts 250

    samsung spin piont f1
