hot keys unresponsive in ground combat

I've noticed a number of time when I hit hot keys i have to hit them several times in some cases befor it actually engages the action i desire I was wondering if anyone else is having un responsive skill use?

    I have noticed that also. Ground combat seems to be broken. Every ground mission I am on crashes and I have to attempt it several times to get through it. Controls are very sluggish

    I had same problem and when i hitt enter my game whent to window mode
    when i enter ground pvp i am still in ship format.
    and when i return to space i am human form.

    Have seen it too, and also some of the times you see the animation, like you point your rifle and shoot, but nothing comes out, the target isn't hurt and you still get the cool down.
