Launcher login

What username and password am I supposed to use to login at the launcher? I don't see anywhere that says what it is. I tried mt STO login but it just says I "do not have "permissions to view the launcher".

    I had the same problem and solved it this way:

    1) go to the page https://www.startrekonline.com/
    2) log in with your login/password given by you while registration
    3) click on "my account" (upper right side)
    4) enter your beta-keycode - now there will be star trek online in the field "products"
    5) start the launcher with the same login/password you needed to enter the website

    done :)
