Character Creation -- Fatal Error: Error decompressing data

I get the following error message once I choose a character to create (i.e., Engineer) and then click "Next" ...

Fatal Error: Error decompressing data
Unique Error ID: 6719096

Does anyone have any ideas which file may be corrupt? Thanks.

    I had that error on trying to create both Science and Tactical Officers. Over 24 hours of downloading wasted if I have to re download it.
