Direct3D Fatal Error

On The beginning of the Vega Colony questline (After picking up the phaser rifle) My game crashed with a "Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code (UNKNOWN) while locking a texture. Unique Error ID: 6719096)

Reporting for future refferences should this be an ongoing issue.

    i've had that too after the patch, cant play for more than 5-10 minutes without CTD. tried reinstalling and repatching didnt work, now updated the gfx drivers will test it now
