Loading bar stuck trying to beam onto azura

Don't know if this is a general loading issue or it's just me and just this mission, so far only happened once.

    I was able to enter the ship but Instead of my character my ship had entered the ship. I was able to scan people and interact with consoles, but I could not fight the enemy.

    Had that briefly on starbase 24 but I was only a ship for a few seconds lol.

    I also got in fine in the end, just a one off I guess.
