Program Not Responding After the "Welcome to Star Trek Online" Screen

Ok, so here's the problem. The gmae just STOPS dead on as soon as it hits this certain screen. Its different every time, looks like either a ship or Star Fleet Academy, or whatever. The program stops responding, and I get very frustrated.

Is anyone else having the same??

    Sorry I can not say anything for this issue. I am having something simimlar perhaps you have found in your searching, I have yet to find anything. When I hit engage to launch the game it flashes fullscreen then crashes out and is not responding. if you have douns anything or know anything I would love to know. again sorry I can not help with yous. perhaps check to see if windows firewall is blocking it?

    if your crashing out on the same screen then perhaps a reinstall? On myold computer I alsop had an issue with WoW crrashing and it was due to having bad ram. perhaps test your ram?
