Leeta Variant Costume not showing at tailor for me (From the Lobi Store)

This is on my oldest toon. Borg Captain, Leeta costume variant isn't showing up. It's been a few days.

Also not seeing my ticket show up in-game for some reason.

Is there something I need to do to see the Leeta costumes?

    It doesn't show up as a outfit. You have to select each part from the individual parts list.

    Not seeing it as individual parts either. Is it considered tight or loose fitting? I've gone through both, don't see it. This is an OG character, could this be the problem?

    Upper is Bare Chest. I actually have this set on another character. I thought that maybe because I had unlocked Vest on my other character it might work to unlock Bare Chest on my Liberated Borg Captain. It did not.
