Weapons glitch on ps4

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
After the age of discovery came out my maco phaser rifles main attack wouldn't work. Its other attacks will and other weapons do work, so I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and a solution.

    Do you still have this bug? If so, this should have been placed in the PS4 Gameplay Bug reports section of the Support forums instead of the The Foundry for Star Trek Online - Bug Reports section. Thanks. :)

    I used my ultimate tech Upgrade on a weapon along with a large accelerator and both items disappeared and the weapon stayed as it was. I closed the app restarted my ps4 and still gone with no upgrade applied to the weapon?!? What happened? How to I fix this?
